This fair features Masayuki Haeiwa, Executive Chef of Nagasaki Marriott Hotel, as supervisor. We will offer a buffet-style dining experience showcasing the culinary cultures of Nagasaki Prefecture, blessed with the bounties of the sea, and Saga Prefecture, nurtured by its rich lands. Highlights include "Futo-men Sara Udon," a representative of Nagasaki's unique noodle culture, and a rich "Saga Beef Curry" infused with the savory flavors of Saga Prefecture's proud brand beef. For dessert, we offer a lineup rich in local character, including "Butter Sand Cake" made with Saga's "Ichigosan" strawberries and pudding crafted to highlight the aroma of the famous Sonogi tea. Please enjoy the profound culinary cultures nurtured by the landscapes of Nagasaki and Saga at your leisure, as if you were on a journey.
