This fair, themed on local food from the blue ocean and sunny Hawaii, will feature authentic flavors supervised by the executive chefs of three hotels: Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach, and Moana Surfrider, Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach. The Executive Chefs of the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach and Moana Surfrider Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach will be supervising the menu. In addition to tropical dishes such as the "Surfrider Bowl" with tropical papaya vinaigrette and Hawaii's famous A. "North Shore"Garlic Shrimp," there will also be a lineup of summery desserts such as the "Lilioi Fran Tart".
