※The following special business hours will apply from August 12 (Tue.) to August 15 (Fri.), 2025.
*Saturday, Sunday and holiday prices will apply during this period, and there will be a time limit of 90 minutes for lunch and 120 minutes for dinner.
*Late night buffet will not be available during this period.

Hokuriku Gourmet Fair

Experience the tastes of Hokuriku at Grand Cafe! Executive Chef Rei Matsuyama from Courtyard by Marriott Fukui presents local specialties from Fukui, Toyama, and Ishikawa, like "heshiko" Caesar salad and Toyama oden. Don't miss our fun dinosaur egg cake, inspired by Fukui's dinosaur heritage. Plus, enjoy a photo spot with a "Doctor Dinosaur" from the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum. Savor Hokuriku's flavors and culture!

Hawaiian Buffet

Period: July 1 (Tuesday) - August 31 (Sunday), 2025

This fair, themed on local food from the blue ocean and sunny Hawaii, will feature authentic flavors supervised by the executive chefs of three hotels: Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach, and Moana Surfrider, Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach. The Executive Chefs of the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach and Moana Surfrider Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach will be supervising the menu. In addition to tropical dishes such as the "Surfrider Bowl" with tropical papaya vinaigrette and Hawaii's famous A. "North Shore"Garlic Shrimp," there will also be a lineup of summery desserts such as the "Lilioi Fran Tart".
